Hampton Chase Edgewood Dogwood

This apartment community appears to be decent at first viewing however, there is alway trash all around the dumsters from messy pampers to full living room sets and matresses, there are tons of stray animals constantly pull trash out of the dumpters and noone cleaning it up, when reported to management your told it will be taking care of however it looks the same everyday. When you call or go by the office with issues it is often closed durning business hours or no one is answering the office phone. When you leave a voicemail there is no follow up calls made. There are people walking all across you front and back porches all through the night , and thugs hanging out on the curb dealing dope out of some of these complex.



There is now way I would refer this community to anyone I know

Although the prices are decent, the quailty of the environment is poor
