Don't just walk away...run! Business does not show up on time for appointments does not call to say they'll be late or call to say they messed up and broke the countertop you took time to pick out. You who paid has to call them and find out why they aren't showing up. Poor customer service! 0 star rating but had to chose one in order to let you know to NOT use this company.

If a company ever decided to write it's own positive reviews on yp.com, it would have to be this one. I can't imagine anyone actually having a positive experience. As detailed in other reviews, these guys are slimy, and promise the most unrealistic completion dates. There's a difference between being "patient" for quality work and it taking months for completion of a simple guest bathroom granite slab. Every week I would call this guy or his wife and ask when they were coming to install. He'd give me some bogus day the following week that I'd take off work for, and never show. Good luck getting ahold of them on the phone-that's a whole other battle you'll face once they get your money. I couldn't even find anyone at their shop during regular business hours to try and find an answer. Prices are nothing special, quality is average to below average, and communication is the worst I've ever experienced!

Shoddy work and very unprofessional. BBB rated F! Avoid this company like the plague and go elsewhere.

I recently had my kitchen remodeled by orange park marble and granite owner salvador was very professional and knowledgeable through the whole process my new cabinets and granite are more beautiful than I could have ever imagined I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful and affordable cabinets and granite!!!

First off let me say everything that comes out of their mouth is bullcrap.They will promise you the world and give you crap they try to cut corners the owner and wife are very slimy they're never on time and everything they say is a bunch of garbagethe workers are good but the owner cannot run a business does not deserve to be in business he is a pure disgrace to other granite companies.like I say you are better off paying the very minimal it will cost more to go through another company and have a class service then to go through white trash companyalso minus the one star in there it should be a minus 5 stars.

The company is amazing. The workers were very helpful and diligent on the job. Sometimes the company is very busy so you have to be patient but in the end, it's all worth it. The price for it is also VERY affordable. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a great granite kitchen.

After interviewing several local countertop businesses, I decided to go with Orange Park Marble & Granite for my kitchen update. Not only were they extremely helpful with making suggestions for the granite that would look best with my existing cabinets, they were also eager to have me as a customer and their pricing was extremely competitive. They were prompt with all replies and appointments. The initial estimate was the exact cost of the finished product, which was very important to me. From my initial contact with them to the completed job, the timespan was a little over 2 weeks. Everyone I dealt with was always professional and Ben went above and beyond to make sure that the job was completed perfectly and quickly, just in time for our family gathering. Without hesitation, I would recommend Sal, his wife and the rest of their team to anyone in the market for new countertops.

Run away as fast as you can! Orange Park Granite & Marble design puts the "U" in unprofessionalism! After putting down my deposit I have had to make all the initial contact in regards to the progress or lack thereof. Getting at the very least, a projected install date was like pulling teeth! My main contact with the owner Salvatore has been through text messages as if we were best friends. A contract was never emailed as promised and when I called his now ex-employee Kelley, the one I left the deposit with, I did not recieve a return call, so I proceeded to text her about my contract and an install date and the message I received in return was" Contact Salvatore. I no longer work for him. Sorry for your troubles." When I finally got Salvatore to give me an install date (February 8th at 1.p.m.) I texted him that morning at 8. a.m. to confirm our appointment at 1 p.m. via text he replied yes, I will install your cabinets as well as another customers kitchen cabinets. When one o'clock came and went I sent him a text to call me when he was on the way. He responded "I took my guy to lunch, it's Friday." So much for our one o'clock appointment and he hadn't even bothered to call! When 4:30 had arrived and still no word from Salvatore (owner) I had my handyman call and he said that his men had to go back to the office in Orange Park and load my cabinets then they would be there. Again I am baffled! If your plan was to install my cabinets at one o'clock as you had agreed wouldn't they have already been on the truck? Long story short they arrived at 5:48 p.m. and did a rush bang up job by cutting a sloppy uneven square in the back of the beautiful cabinets I had selected. The next morning I texted a picture of the work to Salvatore and told him I wasn't happy, that I care how my home looks and that he needed to replace the back panels and drill the holes properly. He basically told me that it was my fault that his workers put the sloppy square in stead of three neat professionally drilled holes and that my job was a "small" job and a headache. He told me verbally that he would come out and look at the work on Monday, February 11th. He did not call or respond to my text message or attempt to contact me in any way. Any business should know that no matter how big or small the job, professionalism is warranted, and in this case Orange Park Marble & Granite Design gets a big "F" for fail!
