Worst job ever 6 days in I was running the store BY MYSELF with minimal training! Embarrassing getting orders wrong messing drinks up taking forever to ring up merchandise running from the back to the front b/c i operate the drive thru & the front lobby! im also responsible for cleaning the entire store pulling donuts from lobby & back prep for the baker restock everything. dont forget about those bathrooms the red books & the dishes all the while taking/making orders. when a refund is needed with no manager present & im having to call to get a manager override pin while explaining to the customer whose stairing at me like "seriously?!" just imagine their fustration & mine? Only to have at the end of my shift the manager show up & rudely remark "I dont know whats going on here with my closing shift?" hmm 1 person who is expected to get everything done within 6 hrs,Really?News flash youve lost some marbles and the store isnt as dead at night as you'd like to make yourself believe it is

Every morning (m-f) you can see the manager sitting there,playing with her phone 5-6am. Ordered breakfast toasted dark, twice and never happens. ordered a xl coffee and I'm handed a large. Manager is pathetic! No more money on my app, I'm done with that place; donuts come in frozen anyway.
