Found a leak in a home we've owned for a year; inspector missed SO much. Apparently the chimney was an add on and was never attached properly, and not only that, used basically compressed cardboard for the paneling and removed a rafter. That was before Dubo.



They came out the day I called to take a look. I held off only because I felt obligated to obtain another bid. That was my mistake. The job ended up being much worse as it seemed to me, but no big deal to them because they are good at what they do.



They provided photos so that I can sort out what comes next, they explained all of the issues, and what steps they were taking to resolve. They added the rafter back, took out all the rotted panels and boards, matched the shingles perfectly, installed concrete board around the chimney with the proper capping and everything. They even painted it after we chose a color. Very pleased and highly recommend!
