Clay Taxi

Called up to book a taxi told it would be 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called back said it should be there. No call to say when they would be there . An hour and half after booking it I had to cancel it as I had planned a trip at mayport, and I wasn't going to make it. I am still getting charged for this. I am on holidays from Australia and this experience just ruined it

Went out for a night of drinking, these guys made a safe and reliable source, and reasonable wait for a friday night! Good job guys!

Clay taxi is the bomb!! They have great drivers and quick service!!!

First off my guest called for a cab at a little after midnight.She was told due to a backlog of customers that the wait would be an hour and a half.That was fine we had no problem with that.So she waits the hour and a half and still the cab is a no show.She calls again and this time the person on the phone says it will be another 30 minutes.So she waits again.By this time its past 2 am.So she called again to ask when the cab would be there.First the person on the other line told her to hold..but without actually hitting any hold button,and then proceeded to discuss a chicken recipe with a fellow employee with my guest still on the line!My guest who had been waiting since midnight for a cab then told the lady that she didn't want to hear about food, she wanted to know when the cab was coming.The lady was short with her and said it would be another 30 minutes to an hour before they could get there.Needless to say ,she got tired of waiting for the cab and had to find alternate means of transportation to get home.But thats not the end of the story.The next day she called to speak with a manager about the situation and was asked "what her problem was" and was then told that no manager would be in until Tuesday.

Bottom line is this company seems very unprofessional ,or at least its phone crew does and they need to make some customer service changes if they are ever to get me to recommend their service to anyone else.
