A Touch Of Perfection

Awful. Cut- BAD, color -even worse, service after requesting refund- the worst. Jennifer was my "stylist" and claims to be the owner. Grayson is the manager. I was promised a refund the ignored, lied to and cursed at by Grayson. He avoided my calls, made every excuse on why he hadn't gotten back with me while at the same time claimed he had tried to contact me...quote from Grayson "you can record this if you want to, you won't shut the hell up long enough so I can tell you when you can come get your god damned money" then refused to refund. Buyer beware, my $59 service ended up costing me an additional $200+ to fix. He had the audacity to degrade my profession...although I'm proud to say I love my customers and because of my excellent performance and quality work I earn a monthly bonus and my business is handled professional, I can't say the same for "a touch of perfection"

Very beautiful and related place. Great job on the hair and they have $15 pedicure Wednesday when you bring in 4can of food.
