Hair and Nail Mall

Linh is a TERRIBLE hairdresser. She has completely DESTROYED my hair. I asked her to color my long dark brown hair in the 'ombre' fashion. I showed her photos of exactly what I wanted, stressing that I wanted a natural and gradual lightening of my hair from roots to tips. Instead she bleached the bottom two thirds of my hair a horrible bright orangey blond in a pretty much perfect line around my head. When I told her I couldn't go out on the street looking as I did, she then tried 'mending' it by coloring it brown again. My hair is now a horrible dull brown color and is completely BURNT. The roots (which she didn't touch) are nice and silky. The bottom half, is coarse, frizzy and dehydrated. I am going to have to cut it. She even charged me extra because she had to do extra work to correct her initial mistake. I wish I had never met her.
