Ly's Nails

This place is horrible. I had my nails and toes done. When I left about 3 hours later I noticed that my toes were tingling and that my big toes on both feet were numb. I thought maybe it was the calus stuff they put on my feet and thought the numbness would wear off, however it is 4 days later and my toes are still numb. When I went in to ask them why my toes were numb they couldn'tt answer that question they just refused to take responsibility for their actions. I asked them to remove the polish so I could see my toenail because they were also sore. When the polish came off my nail was yellow/green in color WTH.... She looked at it and said that it was normal after polish comes off for my nail to look that way. Agreed to refund my money only if I didn't go to the Dr.. Stay away from this place if you value your toes and fingers, not to mention my nail bed on my finger are sore. Very Upset and Disappointed especially at the fact my toes feel dead.... It's ashamed!!!!!

I have been going to Ly Nails for over a year now. Their service is excellent and the Owner Linh is awesome. She does great work. I would never go anywhere else to have my nails done. She also does great if you need you eyebrows waxed.
