Great little local spot. I like dealing with the owner and his family some of the nicest most professional people I have meet. Good service can't complain. Purchased two nice PC's from them for my business and saved about $600 when comparing to retail. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

If you are a person who expects professionalism and qualified employees from an establishment, then keep looking, this is definitely not the place. In the past I used Computer Annex and received extraordinary service, but since the new owners took over this place is a joke. The technicians are not qualified to speak to customers or work on your computer. The employees are unable to speak logically, it’s very unfortunate, both Fernando and Alonzo (technicians) were unable describe a diagnostic they performed on my computer, what kind of thing is that? They performed the diagnostic and can’t tell me what is wrong with the computer? I picked up the computer, took it to Chino Repair and guess what, a competent professional technician came to the counter, while I waited did a diagnostic and gave me a print out of the problem along with solutions. The problem with my computer was simple and if Computer Annex had qualified, trained technicians they would have been able to remove the threats instead of wasting my time and money on the diagnostic fee. I really don't know what kind of people would give this place a 5 stars, they must not have any standards, i had a hard time giving them 1 because they don't even deserve that.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! This place is very unprofessional! I spoke to them and sent them a picture of the computer part needed they said (Danny) told me they had it in stock and the price was $49.99. So we drive over 20 miles to get there and they said they don't have it, but they can pull it out of another computer, but the price would be $69.99. The actual part is worth $25 online, but we needed it right away and were willing to pay double the price of $49.99, but not $69.99. They jack us around really good. They had no expertise in computers what so ever.

We have shopped at Computer Annex for about 10 years. Whenever we need to have work done on our computers, we go to them.



We purchased a X-mas gift for our daughter as a going off to college present with the bag and accessories and she loves it. In fact everything is top of the line quality and they really stand behind what they sell.



The repair people explain the service, the sales people explain the product and they go over and beyond to help; this is what a neighborhood business is all about.



My husband has even referred people he works with to the store for service and to buy computers at GREAT prices. Whenever you are looking for a GREAT PRICES, HONEST SERVICE and KNOWLEDGEABLE SALEPEOPLE; COMPUTER ANNEX IS TRULY THE PLACE. We need more businesses like yours. thx D.L.

Computerannexusa is the place to go. I had bought a laptop computer from Frys electronics. The latest sony i7 laptop with windows 7 and everything. A few weeks after my perchuse it wasent working right unable to connet to the internet consistently. I tried to have this problem fixed but know one could help me identify the issue. i tried Frys of couse and Best-buy before a friend told me about Ike, the Tech at computerannexusa. They foud the problem, fixed it while i was there to check it in for service. I even saw the laptop i had bought from Frys there with the same exact specs and everything for $400 less, I ended up buying that same laptop again from Computer Annex USA for my wife as a Christmas present, so i paid only $1100 for an item that i orgainally paid $1500 a few weeks before then.



they are very knowledgable in computers and stuff. I really will recomend them to anybody looking for great deals and service.
