The most horrible financial institution ever it's 4 months of payments shows past due on my credit report I contacted them several times they just lie and play games because they know I'm looking to refinance and they are holding it hostage on my credit....now im here to see if any similar cases here please contact me to start a legal action agaisnt this financial institution that thinks they are above the law .

They approved me, that makes me happy���� I didn't even expect it, but it happened, thank you very much for the loan. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

The worst customer service i have ever experienced, corina is the employee i have the pleasure of working with, shes rude, bitter, very childish and i hope that its in her job description to act that way and its not her personality, someone pls give this girl a hug...

The nicest employees!! Best finance company I've ever dealt with They've worked with me for 4 Years I've been late on payments and no threats like other companies they work with you not against you. Emelda and Adrianna are the best.

I think this place must be an agency that creates jobs for former inmates. The people who answer phone are so rude and their grammar skills are so lacking. No one at this office knows what customer service means. They behave as if they are a collection agency. Rude. Rude. Rude. They can't do credit card transactions, they can't take payments over phone, and they don't have online services. Glad my contract is almost up with them. Go somewhere else or ride the bus! Not worth the stress. And, they call your contacts to "remind" you to pay on time. That is harassment. -10 stars.

I agree, they are the worst Finance company ever. They are rude, I cant even rate them a 1 star. I will have to look in to a trade in, since they refuse to help refinance my car, they had said after a 18 months i'd be able to do so, now she says they cant do it! I just send my payment and avoid any contact with them. I work in Customer service and would never be so rude to anyone, after all we are the reason they have a job!!

ENDLESS threats and phone calls. Traded in my car just to get away from them. When they called requesting payment and were notified of the trade in they had the balls to say we should've asked them first. Hahahaha. Idiots.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Unprofessional, Unhelpful, Unwilling to cooperate. My car had been in an accident and was totaled. I could no longer continue to afford my car payment so I voluntarily surrendered my car. At the time of the surrender they had told me that I could set up a payment plan to continue paying my car off but at a more affordable rate for me since it was surrendered. They never contacted me with further information of my payment plan, so when I got a late notice in the mail for my original car payment I called and they said that it was a mistake and to disregard the late notice but failed to tell me about setting up the payment plan. I then get a letter in the mail from an ATTORNEY saying A-L FINANICAL was going to sue me for the remainder of my payment wanting it in lump sum of over 11,000. The attorney they have is just as horrible as a-l financial. Every time I had tried to contact him he never returns my calls. I tried cooperating and setting uup a payment plan with the attorney and he failed to follow through and tell me when it'd become in effect. His extremely rude secretary said he'd call me back yet again. THREE MONTHS later I get a notice in the mail for court. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. When calling both the attorney and a-l financial all I got was attitude, rudeness, and unwillingness to cooperate so I became rude in return. How either are still in business is an absolute mystery to me. If you ever see A-L FINANCIAL as your lean holder seriously don't sign for it. They screw you over completely.

My representative is cynthia she is very very rude every time that i answer the phone she almost yelling at you telling u that ur account is delinquent and not willing to Work With you as right Now im 2 days late from my due date and she just call me to tell me my car is about to be reposess , every moth i try to paid on time and yes i had been late only days never overtime 30 days for the last 2 years and 1/2 But she keeps harrass me like im going to still the car, i look forward to the Day When my vehícle is Pay off. Do not finance through this Company .. This Company is horrible.

My representative is Cynthia, she is very rude to the point where I was so frustrated with the things she was saying that her rudeness made me cry. We have only months left that is due on our vehicle. Every month we have paid them and some months we were late only by days to be harassed by this company. I have never been over 30 days late and yet they still treat their customers who are past due like we don't pay our bills and we are scum. I WILL NEVER LEASE A CAR THROUGH AL FINANCIAL and look forward to the day when our vehicle is paid off. Due to her unprofessional manner I WILL NEVER TAKE THEIR CALLS AGAIN. Before I use to talk to them when I had my previous representative and if I was going to be late but now that's to caller id I will never answer calls from Ontario or blocked numbers because they think they are being fancy when they are being sneaky and trying to harass you constantly. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A LEASE WITH AL FINANCIAL COUNT YOUR BLESSING AND BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST I HAVE DEALT WITH AND ACCORDING TO THE REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS THAT MUST SAY SOMETHING IN ITSELF! When I am done paying this car off I will re post again my final review, until then THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!

i have been paying my car note for the last 3 years. i was in desperate need of a reliable car. the car i had kept breaking down on me and thats where shaddy al financial comes in. Yes truth hurts i brought a car without reading the small print HOWEVER! That does not run throuh your mind when the only thing you are thinking about at that time is how am i going to get my kids to child care and to work on a bus at the same time YOU CANT atleast not where i live. But anyway i need to survive my credits bad due to health issues something i had no control over...so i sign on the dotted line. I got a good car but a HORRIBLE finance company! These people as you may know do not give you any grace period and will not budge or bend a elbow there favorite line PAY YOUR CARNOTE OR WELL TAKE IT EVEN IF ITS LESSS THAN 30 DAYS!!!!! they could care less about your situation. You could have been a 911 victim and they would still harass the crap out of you by the second late day. But that was the least of my problems. My payment is around 300 a month I made a partial paymnt arrangment which was only for 15 dollars less may i add and i didnt add that extra 15 to the next carnote and they came and got my car for 15 DOLLARS i swear to you. Now of course i accept responsibility i should have remembered, but to take my car for 15 DOLLARS is rediculous!!!!!!! I mean come on. now i have to pay 1400 hundred to get it back. I just know that any respectable company would not have done that PERIOD!!! Not all people with bad credit are sloppy reckless individuals people fall on hard times ESPECIALLY NOW!!!!!! I know they have to run a business but have a heart. ALOT CAN HAPPEN IN THE LIFE OF YOUR LOAN AND THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THAT AND DONT CARE TO AND THATS WHAT MAKES THEM RUTHLESS! All they want to do is milk you dry they could care less. And thats really sad. I really dont see how they stay in businees. Also Honda cars of corona knows this they get complaints all the time and of course they could give to pieces of cramp as well. Thats the car business for you right. BIG BUCKS OUTTA PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE BIG BUCKS! Its sad that you cant even make a living now a days or get ahead. Im tryin my hardest to get my credit together and you have pepole like this trying to knock you down. But WHAT GOES AROUND ALWAYS COMES RIGHT BACK AROUND!!!!! Has anyone eported them. Please let me know so i can file one too.
