I have been doing business with Stereo Lab for over 40yrs, I still use 2 Cerwin Vega speakers "which I had the woofers rebuild" and a Technics SL-D2 turntable. From 40 yrs ago! When the other components of the system did need replaced I called Rich and without question had him sell me what he felt was best for my application. Simply because all the years of high quality sound I got out of the other ones I bought from Rich. I buy all my stereos from him home and car, I don't feel he recommends judged on profit! But please remember how technical electronics are and be professional enough not to talk when Rich is giving you his "professional" advice! We often try to express what we know, and it takes his mind off what we need to know. After all he is the one that has been doing this for 40+ years

We've been using Stereo Lab for years for all of our car service audio needs. We've had several stereos installed, including satellite radios. Service is prompt friendly and very affordable. Rich knows his stuff and will not sell you anything that is not necessary. He also stands by his work and will fix anything.

The owner is extremely disrespectful, I called to ask a simple question about setting gains for the a simple subwoofer system. He laughed and rudely replied to me to "go to the expert that put the system in to do it" After i told him that it was a home install he immediately replied "well than go to that expert.", Well if i was an expert I'd have an o-scope of my own.. Not only that but when i called a few weeks earlier to ask if he could do a wiring job and how much it would cost, he immediately started insulting my knowledge of car audio telling me how if i didn't know what the amp specifications of the amp were that he isn't waisting his time helping me. (i have the specifications of the amp and subs. He never even asked). I would not recommend going to this person he over charges already over rated products such as pioneer amps and simple wiring jobs. I honestly can't believe this guys attitude to potential costumers.
