        Highly recommend! Always treat my car like it was there own. They fix only what is needed, and let me know what can wait. Oneonta is lucky to have a honest and competent shop like Monser Brothers to go to.

        This place is the best! I broke down on vacation and the tow truck driver recommended Monser Brothers. He couldn't have been more right. when I showed up the place was packed. I told the guys at the counter I needed to get to a doctors appointment in Albany, and anything they could do to get it in would be appreciated. They had my car in almost right away, and told me what's wrong with it about 20 minutes later. After about 2 hours my car was fixed, and ready to go! I can't thank Jeff enough for caring enough to get me back on the road right away when he obviously didn't have to. Honesty and caring are rare these days. Thank you

        I had a vw jetta with a problem starting. Afte rmsitting at the local dealer for two weeks without being fixed, a friend told me to give Monser Brothers a try. That was great advice! They correctly fixed my car the same day after fully explaining what it costs, and what was wrong with my car. I have since recommened Monser's to all my friends, they are all equally satisfied with theyre excellent service and honesty.

        When I moved to oneonta! I asked around for recommendations for a place to get my car fixed. Everyone I asked recommended Monser Brothers. I could not be happier, Jeff and Lew have been terrific. They treat their female customers like myself with respect and courtesy, always going out of their way to explain what my car needs and why. If an honest repair shop is what your In search of, look no further.
