This place should be shut down. The animal cages were filthy, All the puppies looked sedated. Please do not buy from this place. They are puppy mill puppies. papers or no papers I would not spend a penny here.

When I asked what breeders their puppies come from and they didnt answer me AND blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page, that's when you know they buy from puppy mills. Educate yourselves BEFORE you buy a puppy from any per store (especially Pets R Us). I did more research and the puppy mills they get their dogs from have been cited numerous times for poor conditions. The parents of these puppies are bred to death and all they know is life in a cage. Before you buy their overpriced puppies, think about the parents. Even if you feel sorry for the puppy, you are feeding in to the puppy mill industry and supporting a bad, money hungry business. For this store to advertise that their most recent boxer is a "rescue) yet they are selling it for $1,300...RIDICULOUS! That is not a rescue puppy at all. Go find a reputable breeder that won't charge you an arm and a leg for a puppy or check your local rescues and shelters. There are much better options than this store to find a pet.

Now to see if the store deletes this review like they did with my Facebook one...

I had the most worst experience by going to pets R Us here in Omaha Nebraska I found the most cutest little girl to replace my little girl that I had just put to sleep 3 weeks ago I only had her a day and a half and had to take her to the doctor she was tested for parvo and had history in her jeans from her mother and they still put these poor puppies up for sale to have people get attached to spend more money on them I would not recommend ever going to pets R Us

If I could give zero, I would. Puppies in bare cages with hard floors, no stimulation, one was bleeding, several showed signs of behavioural issues (circling, staring a at wall). Appalling. Staff uninterested in dogs and in serving. Worse pet shop I have visited in 4 countries!

and they are out of business for a good reason

I don't always write reviews like this, but when I saw the poor reviews - I had to counter with my experiences. We bought a Golden Doodle pup back in 2005. The owner was extremely patient and helpful to us. A few years later when I brought my dog back in - he was extremely happy to see how she had grown and to see that she had a good home. He told me that, "it brings me much joy to see our pets get great homes." I have NEVER had any problems with this store and would and have highly recommended it to my friends. And now we get her groomed at this facility and are happy with the results as well.

They were no help. They didn't have what I was looking for so the guy seem to want to get rid of me. Would have have been nice if he gave other suggestions.

This business is only intrested in money, they don't have a concern for the animals they sell. They sold a highstrung high activity dog to an elderly woman without telling her that this was a very high energy dog, when this person was looking for a little lap dog. BUYER BEWARE
