Had the worst experience of my life at Nissan of Omaha.

After a lot of discussions and visits, I somehow selected a vehicle (used). The deal was made. All paper work done. People there kept forcing me to drive the vehicle out of the showroom that very day. Since, I didn't have insurance and I wanted to relax a bit after 2 hours of talking and negotiations, I decided to take the delivery the very next day. I went home, was happy to finally buy a decent vehicle in Omaha which readers would know how difficult it is. Next day when I went to take the delivery, I asked a copy of the Carfax and then I noticed that the vehicle was accidental. The first thing I asked even before taking the test drive was if the carfax is clean, and I was told 'Yes'. I was told that the Carfax printout will be given to me if the deal is made since they have to spend $30 for every carfax. All know that it is not for each carfax and even though, it is like 0.2% of the value of the car I was buying. And now, when I asked the salesman about this, he just said... "I was not aware". Would you expect this if you are spending 14 grand on a car at a professional dealer. I cancelled the deal as I could not have trusted them anymore. I tried to be nice and even asked them to show me similar vehicles to keep the deal, to which the manager denied RUDELY. It seems they just wanted me to sell that very vehicle somehow!

I somehow had a narrow escape. Don't know, what would have happened if I would have drove the vehicle out of the showroom the previous day!

Would not recommend anyone to go to Nissan of Omaha!!!
