Howl-Iday River Inn

So needless to say I'm a little irate. My moms regular dog groomer was booked up until November so her 20 ( I REPEAT TWENTY) year old poodle needed groomed pretty badly his hair was fairly long and in his eyes (He hadn't been groomed since June). I was there when she made the call to Howl-iday and she was very clear and very concise that he was a STANDARD poodle (meaning he's large), he's again TWENTY YEARS OLD, and he's had an ongoing ear infection his whole life so he's going to take some extra elbow grease. All of which this woman said was fine. When he came back to us he looked like Skeletor. He's shaved down to nothing, and smells horrible. Being that old he's bony and poinly. Being a standard poodle, he's very angular. This woman had the audacity to tell my mother that he was "No fun to work on" because he's so "bony"; and that she prefers to work on "small dogs" because they're "easier to do". She also complained that he took "a whole extra hour to do." My mom offered her an extra 10 bucks for the "extra hour of work". He literally looks like a skeleton, or a dish rag. There's barely any hair left on him. My whole family, myself included are EXTREMELY animal oriented and I've never been so repulsed by how one of our family members has come out whether it be the groomer/vet/daycare ect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS GROOMER AT ALL.
