Tantucci Home Renovations

I had a Treks 2 Tiered Deck and a sunroom put in by Tantucci. In a nutshell, the room has been leaking through every window and the roof. To make a long story short, Stee Tantucci has not responded in a timely manner and when he did come by to check out the issues, he always blamed something else. The room has been gutted twice and after thousands of dollars in repairs he still will not return calls. I contacted the window manufacturer, Certainteed, and they sent over an engineer to look at the issues. They agreed that the windows were not the issue; it was the quality of the work. The Deck is cracking in a few different places based on the wrong location of the rafters. 3 other neighbors that I am friends with in the local area all have had the same issues.

I went the route of finding an attorney but at the end of the day it can cost thousands of dollars to recover the money, and according to all of the attorney's I have spoken with, it is not worth it. The money you get will be a fraction of the damages due to the cost of the attorney fees.
