NDL Contracting

Worst experience ever. Have to have entire job ripped out. Did not pass inspection. Cost me a fortune to use this "contractor". I recommend you ask see license and insurance...don't pay upfront! Way under bid the project and was thousands over right away. Then packed up and won't return my money that was provided for other services & materials in advance, thousands... Just thankful I stopped him when I did or I'd be in an even bigger mess than he left me. Had foundation specs which required rebar every 18" and he put it every 6'-8', no horizontal rebar at all.
