If I could give this company a negative rating I would. I ordered a letterman jacket in Oct and was given excuse after excuse as to why is wasn't ready. They always said they would call me, but never once did I receive a call from them. One excuse from the owner is that the wrong jackets shipped and it wasn't her fault,..she couldn't get it through her head I didn't care, my contract was with her and not the shipper. She even had the audacity to tell me since I ordered it in Oct, I was lucky I could get it at all. When the jacket finally arrived in Dec, the lining in one sleeve was twisted. They did send it to be fixed, however once again I had to call them and stop in twice before I finally got it back. STAY AWAY!

Monograms and More not a reliable company. They will take your money and never provide for you what is purchased. I purchased my daughter a letterman jacket two months ago. I have paid in full for the jacket. When I purchased the jacket I was promised it would be in and ready for her in 6-8 weeks.

When I called to check on the jacket at the beginning of October I was given two excuses: 1. The jackets were not correct. 2. The owners of Monograms and more before owed the jacket company money so the jacket company canceled their jacket order. Then I went in October 29th to get the Letterman jacket with letter ready. No jacket ready. No jacket at all. I was promised the jacket would be in by yesterday. When I called today to check and see if the jacket was in...no jacket. The excuse again this time being that it wasn't the correct jacket.

I have now asked for my money back, so we may purchase my daughter a jacket from a reputable company. The owner had denied this request, stating "that it is not her fault".

This is no way to treat the local military or a military child.

Don't expect great service. I was told my order would be ready on a Thursday, I show up end of day Thursday and was told that they weren't ready because they were set in the wrong spot and wereoverlooked. I was told to come back on Tuesday, so I come back Tuesday (end of day) and only part of my order was done. A phone call would've been nice because now I've wasted two trips. A lady then told me that she would call me when the remainder of my order was ready, and after a week of waiting (and hearing nothing) I decide to call. I was told, "Yeah, they're ready, they've just been sitting here!"



The service was beyond terrible, not to mention, we were not satisfied with the end product at all. Terrible service, and monogramming looked awful.

I was pleasantly surprised when I had my son's team shirts done here, The order came in sooner than expected and the staff was super nice. I even met the owner himself who was very helpful when answering all my quetions. We will definelty place more orders with them!

I took a new shirt in to have my initials monogramed on the left cuff. They were very nice, price was O.K. ($9.00), and the time line was fine (a very days). When I picked-up my shirt I noticed between the lst and 2nd inital the fabric was "scuffed-up" some and the black thread (on white shirt) on the back was showing through.



I mentioned this to the young lady, realizing on a Saturday morning they are not going to have their "A-team" working. Anyway, the young lady said that she saw nothing wrong with the job and suggested I contact the owner next week, although she would not say who the owner is.



Not pleased with work or attitude.
