        Overall

        I did and taught museum quality doll restoration for many years, and of all the people I taught, Ruby is the BEST and the only one whose work compares with mine! JoAnn Morgan, formerly Morgan's Collectibles--now JoAnn Morgan.Com. Ruby is the ONLY restoration artist I recommend!
