Walmart Supercenter

Poor selection of merchandise compared to other Wal-marts. 98% of the time, check out lines are too long (20 people in each line) but only 4-7 registers are open. I've complained to corporate about this but nothing has been done. The only reason I keep going there is for lower prices. Bathrooms are extremely messy.

First of all I spend anywhere from 100 to 200 a week at wal-mart. Which I know isnt alot to a large company.The Wal-mart has horrible service in Big Springs, Texas..



My husband and were on our way home when we had blow out on our trailer we were pulling. We finally made it to the tire center. We kept saying if we could just make it to Big Springs tire center. The lady attendant first argued they didnt have the kind of tire we needed. My husband showed her the tire and she said ' oh okay".. Next she says we dont take wheels off of the trailer. My husband removes the rims and rolls them back into the shop and she then asked for his telephone number. He says why.. There is a two hour wait. The tire center was empty except for the attendent"s who were playing around-- I was just furious. I did call and complain to the manager.. Ended up on the side of the road between Big Springs and Andrews with another blowed out tire.



Why didnt the attendent say were busy it will be a two hour delay. I dont expect to always to cut in line. But I truely believe there was no line. Just some inconsiderate people who didnt want to work on a Sunday.



My spending will be slower at most Wal-mart's now.
