Bartley, Kevin R, ATTY

I left several messages for Mr. Kevin Bartley with his staff starting December 10, 2009. I specified that this was an emergency and got no response from him. On December 28, I called again and was told I needed to go elsewhere because he is not taking new clients until January 15, 2010. This has caused me time lost which I could have used researching other attorneys. I had been told he is very good but he seems too busy to return emergency calls! His staff was not very helpful either since I had been quoted his rates and given the understanding that yes, he could take my case. If you need help fast, this is not the attorney you want.
