West Orange Orthopaedics

Do NOT waste your time at this provider. Patients are treated like cattle; get as many in and out as fast as you can. The office staff was rude and condescending. The doctor I saw was abrupt and did little to address my problems. I had a problem with my shoulder, arm and hand on the right side due to an injury and was told they could only address one body apart at at time and that I had to make two more appts. WHAT!! It was evident from the time I enterred the practice until I left that they were more concerned about money than patient comfort.

I was referred to this doctor, so I made an appointment. I live pretty far, around 40 minutes from there, but I still went. I waited for about 2 hours and when I was finally called in. The doctor came in for a minute and then left. I had no chance to explain my condition or ask any questions. I honestly spent more time with the billing staff than with the the doctor. Whose name was Dr. Maluso.

Beware!!! this people are money hungry, they don't care about their patients, I was treated at "Health Central Hospital" in Ocoee and was told to follow up with an Ortopaedic doctor at "West Orange Orthopaedics" after they verify with my insurance and my adjuster verified to them that I have medical coverage with $500 deductible that once they get billed from the hospital it will be absorbed and paid by my personal health insurance coverage, they refuse to see me if I did not pay from my pocket the full amount to take care my fractured wrist and doctor consultation.

my advise to anyone that get treated at the E.R at the hospital and they refer you to this Ortopeadics group, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME instead call "FLORIDA ORTHOPAEDIC CENTER" and they are GREAT, they talk to you nice and give you an appointment right away I didn't have to pay the $150.00 doctor's visit out of pocket.
