one thing that i can say is The Body Shop makes building your "perfect body" as easy as you want to make it. Me my self i take pride in taking care of my body...i played sports and im very athletic. Tho i love to work out, my knowledge of the supplements are not that great. As in, what should i get to gain muscles mass, what to i need to do to get cut up or muscle definition. The Body Shop helped me with ALL OF MY IGNORANCE of supplements. I simply called the store and they where VERY helpful. All i did was tell them what i wanted to build on and create as in on my body, and with what i told them they issued EXACTLY what i needed to get the body i desired (you have to also work out lol). I would recommended this place to any Novice and even to the Pros....this place is a blessing!!
