Take 5 Oil Change

INCOMPETENT & UNETHICAL

To cut to, though they were friendly, they stripped the threads in my oil pan, which ran my engine dry of oil within a weeks time. I've never had any oil issues before. Given a week to respond now, they've NOT taken responsibility for replacing my oil pan and have been unwilling to even refund their $100+ disservice or reimburse any expenses. Until this indiscretion, my car has always been serviced by my dealership. Because I drive over 100mi and work 14hrs per day, 7 days a week, I'm unsure how long my engine ran in this condition, so there's no telling how much damage was done. But it seems certain now, short of a scathing review, TAKE 5 will TAKE THE WHOLE 9. STEER CLEAR.
