Affordable Quality Air Conditioning & Heating

Been using them for at least 10 years now. They are always prompt. This time 5 minutes. My heater was not staying on. They told me it was a corroded wire. They cleaned off the corrosion and it works great now. They also pointed out a problem with the ventilation that my husband can fix himself. Cost was $75. They were here only 10 minutes, but we are self-employed also and know you have to have a minimum to make it worth your while.

They deserve a zero rating. About two years ago, Quality Air in Ocean Springs replaced one of my whole AC units and everything went OK, so I thought that they are honest people with fire business, but they are NOT. I will not do business with them again and share my experience how they do business and make money.

I called Quality Air in Ocean Springs on 8/26/2013, and the owner sent his son to check out my AC issue and found out the capacitor was mis-wired with an extra capacitor. So he took the extra capacitor and kept for himself and re-wired the capacitor, and it only took him 5 minutes to do the re-wiring. I asked him how much do I pay, and he told me he needed to call his father for the charge. When he called his father for the charge, I heard he said only one word “capacitor”, and then he charged me $155 just for the rewiring using my existing capacitor – five minutes work cost me $155 plus the extra capacitor he took away?
