I have only been to this Starbucks location twice and this will certainly be my last. After giving the lady my gift card she said, "Hey, you still owe me $3.xx." (Um...I know that? I have cash after I use my gift card?) After I gave the $4 cash to her, she ignored me and left to the inside with me waiting over 5 minutes. Then she opened the window and said extremely rude that I shouldn't have my money outside to keep it in my car when she is good and ready. I am very uncomfortable and disappointed in the lack of customer service of this location. I wanted a receipt to tell you the young brunette teen's name, but she did not give me a receipt. After she pushed my drink into my hand, she screamed and had an evil smile on her face saying, We hope you have a 'good' day-sarcastically. I am furious at the service from this horrible young ladies working the drive thru today at 8:10am at the Oak Ridge location. Please contact me ASAP so I can describe the girl in detail for her to get serious training on how to treat people. Starbucks, this is a serious matter and I expect this to be taken care of immediately, otherwise I will contact the Better Business Bureau and Corporate if you do not take action. I am very offended at the nasty service provided from this location simply giving money to the lady. I feel I was reprimanded for having to wait to give money to the cashier on ,"their time". To be honest, the situation left me feeling demeaned as a customer and I am very upset due to the lack of service provided at the Oak Ridge Starbucks. I have left honest reviews on several websites so everyone is aware of the real and poor experience I had today, unless you plan to contact Oak Ridge Starbucks and deal with this matter urgently. I wish that there were clear markings to indicate that the customers need to keep their own money in their car with their windows up and doors locked until the cashier says they are ready for the payment. I was treated like an idiot and all I wanted was coffee.Please obtain the schedule for 11/5/2016-for female employees were clocked in on Saturday at 8:00am working the drive thru located at: Starbucks, 1305 Oak Ridge Tpke, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. Please contact or give them a warning because I want to be contacted to insure this incident will not happen to other customers. I am serious and I will not encourage a positive experience from you all online unless I know you actually care about how these rude female employees of yours treat customers.
