The owners are arrogant dirtbags. I applied for a unit. I was approved one day only to be denied the next. I was to pay the security deposit on Friday. Called to arrange drop off time. I was informed the owner experienced a death in the family and that he'd call me back. Gave family weekend to grieve. Called back Monday to be told I was a liar (abt following through on appointment) and denied the apartment. This occured 3 days before the anticipated move in date. Me and my child were homeless for a week. Horrible experience.
