This auto shop and its's employees clearly speaks for itself. Albeit, it may be very easy to drive right by due to its extremely packed location, you will never find an auto shop that does this type of work with this much enthusiasm and with this much courtesy as star auto repair. They employees are humble along with the rest of the staff but aside from their demeanor from the body shop, they exhibit such a comforting and humble nature about them. One much arrayed from the one you get when you walk into a dealership and feel like everyone is just waiting to pounce at you. Lastly, aside from being extremely professional, Star Auto and its' employees have exhibited fair pricing and a high quality of work. I would highly recommended reading this review before you go somewhere else; get half the quality of work, and pay three times more than you would here. Star Auto Repair staff is the best. They go out of their way to make your decision of repair easy, they take their time and explain in details what is wrong with your vehicle and give you repair options. GREAT. Most repair shops you go in for a oil change and $1,000 lighter in your wallet, you leave wondering what happened. Highly recommnend.

These guys are great! They are not out to bleed you dry. Always personable. I've had breaks and oil changes done by them on my luxury car and they were just wonderful. very reasonably priced also. They always exceed my expectations!

They are the nicest family owned business I know! They are well knowledgeable of problems with the cars, they know exactly whats wrong and how to fix it. They are fast, careful, and put a lot of effort in fixing cars. They are the best! They treat the cars as if it were their own. If there is a problem with the car, and it's warranted they tell you to have the dealer fix, its free. They even tell you the truth and dont take your money. They are so nice, I hope they stay open and pass this business on for generations to come!

star auto has done a great job on my friend bmw. Where other mechanic has faild to fix it..... and charged him over a $1000.Star Auto was able to identify the problem same day and charged $225. I had to write this to let everybody know that my friend is now very happy with his car again. Thanks for the team at Star Auto.

when I came to pick up my car the price was more than quoted and was not completed on time as stated. As a matter of fact, my car was delivered three days after I was told and lastly when I compared prices they were more than the dealer. I will not be going back.

I have been the owner of several import vehicles...and I have entrusted the care of each one of them to my friends at Star Auto.
