Walmart - Vision Center

I work nights and then take care of my 2 yr old twins during the day so the only time I can shop is between 2-6am. Every time I go during the night, they are restocking which I understand is the best time but they block aisles, the employees do not move themselves or their carts or boxes to lef a customer through. They act as though I am in THEIR way and I shouldnt be there. The produce is disgusting! I buy lettuce often and one time there were 23 heads of lettuce available and literally all were moldy or extremely soggy looking. When I told the manager I was told "I guess our produce lady hasnt checked them yet". ARE YOU SERIOUS??? You are faced with moldy produce and you act as if its no concern and dont involve yourself?? The berries go bad in a day if not rotten already. Fruit flies have been in swarms on a couple of occasions. I absolutely hate to shop here but unfortunately, Target isnt 24 hours. So I have to buy produce at one place and then shop herw for the rest.

I don't normally write reviews, especially bad ones, but after repeated visits to this store, each one providing horrible customer service experiences, I felt inclined to do so. The employees are either apathetic or just plain hate their jobs, as it shows. The layout of the store is totally jacked up - why can't it be like every other Walmart? I can't even get management on the phone to complain. I will gladly drive an extra 10 miles to go to Wentzville, than to subject myself to another nightmare experience at this one. I know a lot of my friends in this area also agree. I think the only thing that can help this store is new management that will make sure their staff is excited about their job, glad to be there and knows how to treat the public.
