        A good day at work is putting a smile on someone?s face. As clich as that may sounds, I find that when I go to clinic as a resident, I?m the happiest when I?ve had a silly conversation with a toddler or I?ve had a very serious conversation with a parent and their teen, but I?ve helped them solve a problem.
