Terrible company. Charged me twice for my tux shoes. I showed the owner the original receipt that clearly showed I had been charged for the shoes. She then said the sales clerk added it up wrong, and on the day before my daughters wedding forced me to pay twice for my shoes or she was not going to give them to me. The jacket was never fitted properly, even after two visits to their store. The vest was wrong, and when I complained the owner told me "that's just how they fit." The shirt was also wrong and had to be replaced. Others in the wedding party had trouble getting a properly fitting tux. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.

I also worked with Kaitlyn. She was great and I found my perfect wedding dress and my bridemaid dresses as well as tuxes for the men. I would highly recommend the shop

I had a wonderful experience here at Bella Bride! My consultant was Kaitlin and she was perfect! She also being a bride was not pushy and really understood how big of a decision this was. She found me my perfect dress and put all the finishing touches on me ex: veil, headpiece jewelry and I looked awesome! She was so knowledgable on fashion and accessories! Although I found the dress I loved I still wanted to sleep on it, and instead of her pushing me to purchase the gown today she set an appointment up with me for a couple days later. When we came back Kaitlin wasn't there, but she wrote everything down that I loved from the previous appointment so it was all on file. I put on the dress and accessories and fell in love all over again! I left a happy bride with the PERFECT dress!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress here. When I ordered it, I was pregnant, and they insisted on ordering me a size 12. I said I would be back to a size 4 by the wedding. They told me I would gain weight and only allowed me a size 8. I had to have the dress severely altered to a smaller size. The shop owner was rude about it and told me it was my own fault because I shouldn't have authorized the charge. She also told me if the alterations were such a big deal that I should consider dropping out of the wedding and making better financial decisions in the future. Rude. Rude. Rude.

AMAZING!

My experience at Bella was awesome. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and all around fun to work with. I bought my one-of-a-kind gown from them and am going back with my bridesmaids next month.

Shopping here was not a pleasant experience. I was the only bride being helped which I thought was ideal. Their selection did include dresses not found at other salons. The consultant I worked with me was okay, just trying to make her sale. The owner was not. She was, in a word, pushy. For example, I have my heart set on a cathedral drop veil and I shared this with them while trying on a bridal gown. The owner responded with "I know someone who ordered one of those and then she didn't even like it. You'll be happier with something like this", then pulls a fingertip length angel cut veil off a rack and puts it on my head, even though I had said I didn't like that style. I asked about changing the material on a dress I was trying on (it was silk duponi) and instead of trying to help me with what I wanted she said it would raise the price (as it should) and that the dress was a great price for real silk. My wishes were not listened to or respected in this salon. I purchased elsewhere.
