I have been to this location twice. Dry cleaning service was great. Customer service was not so great. The last time I took in $92 of dry cleaning. I failed to double check all my items when I picked them up. I know that was my mistake. I hung one dress in my car for an out-of-town conference. When I went to put it on for the conference, the hem had come down and I couldn't wear it. I went back to the dry cleaners as soon as I got back into town a week later and let them know what had happened. I am a very honest person. I am always willing to pay for necessary tailoring. However, the dress was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. This business refused to acknowledge that it was their mistake. The only way they would fix it was if I paid for it. The gentleman at the front counter was actually pretty rude about it too. No matter how good they are, since their customer service is non-existent I will not be back.
