Dr. Butler is great - However they will not bill or deal with your insurance company at all. They expect all bills to be paid upfront in cash, leaving you out to dry for what ever the insurance company decides to reimburse you for. I ended up with a 350$ bill because the office was too lazy, or disrespectful of my time and money, to make a simple phone call to verify I was due for new X-rays.

Dr. Butler is the Very BEST dentist in the world! She is absolutely pain-free and a very talented artist when she creates dental work. You don't even feel it when she gives you a shot of novacaine. She talks to you as she's working and makes you feel comfortable. She has a sign in her office that reads: "Because Nice Matters," and she sticks by it to a T. She does not want anyone to be in pain and will take care of Emergency cases immediately. She is the only dentist that I have ever laughed with as my tooth was getting pulled. She is very caring and takes the best care of her patients. If you want a nice, pain-free dentist working on you, she's tops!
