Benihana

I got my birthday coupon. Walked in the door at 530. Was told 30 to 45 to 60 minute wait. They are only running 1 chef table and they are doing carryout in there as well. There were 3 people waiting beside me and my wife.but you can only use the coupon Monday through Thursday. Tore it up through it away no more benihana for this family ever.

The manager doesn't care about customer service at all major duck if you ask me. Will never go back.

Horrible, horrible service!!!! Waited over an hour. Many people sat before us. Hostess never said waiting for our entire party, wo were waiting until we received table.

Food was served 1 dish at a time. First dish cold by the time last dish served. Nothing served was delicious, only ok or bad.

I love this place even though it opens late. The food is delicious. It is prepared right at the table. The cooks/chefs are great.
