Overall

i wish i was able to give negative stars , so i can give you all a glimpse of how bad it was.As I recently ordered some furniture from you guys and when I went to pick it up , it was honestly a disaster . My order had a total of 5 errors/defects within it . I ordered a living room set and I only received 2 out of the 3 items. I had to go back a third time to pick up my accent chair because the guys in the back completely forgot to load it . When I went back and spoke to the store manager Fallon , she was quick to catch an attitude and put the blame on me because I was signed a paper after picking these things up, even though nobody in the back went through the list with me to make sure everything was there . I simply got a 'Can you sign this because you're taking the stuff? ' I wasn't aware that the was the list of my furniture. Moving on to the bedroom set I bought, when purchasing the furniture I was very clear as to what I wanted and when my salesman , Eddie, read it back to me , he had the dresser on my order versus the chest . To my understanding he fixed it on the order , but when my furniture was received it was the chest . Now , again the order was never reviewed with me when it was picked up , all this furniture is in boxes , how was I suppose to distinguish the difference ? Even with the wrong dresser they managed to mess that up as well, because they gave me the wrong mirror to a dresser I didn't order . I called that same day and spoke to Tina , the manager , who was actually working by herself that night, and she mentioned to me there should have been a picking list of some sort that I would have signed to confirm the order . I don't remember signing anything to confirm my order and Tina herself didn't find it. When brought to the store managers attention , she was very quick to speak on a restocking fee , which she later waived because of how upset I was . After wards, I was told I'd have to wait an entire week to get my correct furniture. Moving to my actual bed furniture. One of the rails was cracked and the foot board has some sort of scrape on it . So now I've been n my new apartment for an entire 2 weeks and my mattress is still on the floor and my clothes are still in boxes. Oh and another thing , I called prior to picking up my furniture and I asked if the bed frame I bought was gonna need a springboard under the mattress and I was told it wouldn't need it because it had slabs all the way across , which in fact was a lie because I definitely needed a springboard given the fact that the bed frame only had 3 slabs and wasn't enough support. Now again , two weeks into me having my apartment I have to rent another truck to take back the wrong and defective furniture that was given to me and pick up the correct one because I couldn't even get that delivered to me after the fact that they messed up my order . Now I've ordered furniture before and never have I had this much of an issue to receive my correct furniture. And honestly I've worked retail my whole life , I would have completely understood if it had been one or two mistakes . But I just feel it as an excessive amount of errors and nobody was really trying to resolve them . I really hope you're the right individual to email . Because I honestly won't be shopping with this company again and I will most certainly not recommend this to anyone I know. I love the quality of my furniture, very nice, very affordable, but again the service was horrible .
