I have never been so displeased with a service as I was today at technoworld. I have brought in my two phones to get fixed for years, only because they keep breaking due to poor service, but I had been getting warrantees. I don't know what I was thinking, I should have paid the extra money to go someplace else. I came in with the phones today 11-08-2014, both which had received new screens 10-6-2014 and I was told by the manager without even looking at my phone or my previous history that he wasn't interested in replacing the screen because it was my fault. The two phones seem to always break at the same time and it is even more interesting that they lie about the quality of products they use to fix your phone. They say that whatever they replace is apple supported and manufactured; however, when you bring your phone to Apple to look at, apple will tell you that they won't touch your phone because it has been tampered with.



Not only do they lie about the product they use, they are mean and ignorant. The sales/tech guy got smart and rude with me infront of everybody, customers as well as his manager. I tried talking to his manager who then told me to come back Monday when someone else was in. Really?! You're the manager and you ant make things right. I asked for my phone back and noted what a waste of my time it was to come here, since my phones' screens always seem to get loose or the touch stops working. The manager ten ordered the sales/tech guy to delete me from the system which now cancels my warrantee I might have came back for Monday.



There are so many other better, cheaper, nicer places to go. Don't be like me and go there because you're comfortable coming back with warrantees every month. It's better to get the job right the first time.
