Papa Johns Pizza

Pizza is good. Customer Service is poor. Manager is rude.
Will not accomodate you and likes to argue. As much as I like their pizza
I will avoid this one in the future.

I gave it one star because this website made me..... or i wouldnt have. Oh papa johns in north wales your rude customer service just lost my business. My husband called to place an order, 90 minute for pickup and the employee was rude,so me being me called to complain. How did they answer the phone when icalled "yeah, what do you want?" Seriously dude. So we ordered from another pizza shop and were greeted with an hello and thank you! If youlive or work in north wales please support more local independent pizza shops, not papas john!

The management is very friendly and the food is awsome! They take care of their fire company!

Poor, poor customer service!!!!!! They ate very inconsistent about where they will and will not deliver. One week we are in their delivery area, another we are not. I think I will even have our Dept use the neighborhood pizza shops before them!!!! Apparently if they are trolling for tips it's Okay for them to deliver outside their delivery zone but not if they are flush with tips for the day!!!! Horrible people!!!!
