It was a while back, but I thought I should post this comment.

We paid more than was quoted because we actually wanted the carpets CLEAN insetad of just wet, but that's not uncommon. What was very odd was the unmarked van in my driveway and the technician who regaled me of his family problems, replaced several vents upside down, tried to get me to go with 'under the table' deals (asking if I knew the owner of the company and stating he would lose his job if he was caught). He wasn't wearing any type of uniform, so I was reluctant to let him in the house, but he did have business cards and a service order.

The vent cleaning was conducted by way of a long hose with one of those electrostatic dusters that you buy at the dollar store duct taped to the end.

I was fairly satisfied with the results, but the experience was quite the letdown.

I guess you get what you pay for.

There is an old saying.. "if it's too good to be true, it usually is!"



I called them for their large house special and when they arrived they told me they don't precondition the carpet or move furniture! They also told me it would be extra for the high traffic ways, extra for the spots, just extra extra extra! I felt like I was being nickled and dimed to death! They were nice so I can't say the service is bad it's just that they don't tell you there would be so many extras over the phone! Carpets came out great though, but I spent a good $500 on them!
