I took mu suburban to this auto shop with a not working AC. They told me the whole system is bad and need to be replaced. I agreed and got it repaired. they gave me a whole two year warranty on parts labor. just after one year the air condition gone bad and i took back the vehicle to them they repaired it free.
Again in 2017 April air condition gone bad. They told did some thing and it started working but not full efficient. July 2017 again the Air condition gave up and i took the vehicle to this shop. This time the shop manager changed. But this time they told to leave vehicle the. next day they told compressor is fine . evaporator coil is bad they gave me a quote $726 to repair. It took about a week to get it done. One day I tolld them I want get my vehicle back. they told me i can go and get it. When I wnt there again it only working 70%. they charged it 3 time but only took 70 % only. I was in a hurry and taken. by August 5th I took the car again as Air condition not working on idle, working only while running. They told to leave the vehicle there. after about seven days I have to take the car, now they are telling the warranty is over and only compressor is covered but some other parts also gone bad. they need another about 500 dollars to cover the repair. I shown thhe shop manager that The dash bord covers underneath is missing on the Drivers side and no screws are put on the passenger side bottom side. He tolld that he will look for the missing cover. When I asked for manager they gave me regional manager's phone number. But when I called no body answers the call. I left many messages but no answer. Again I contacted the shop now Manager told me regional manager is no more with them. while hooking up suburban hook my trailer we find no break or side lights working. checked qwick Kar shop in Caddomills. As per technician wires put wrong
This is a rip off. Now I have no Air condition nor my lights working My life they put in jeopardy.

Too bad there is no negative stars.Went for oil change Wed 7/16 for "ladies day "Stood at the counter 7 minutes. Completely ignored. A tech even came to put something on the counter by me without saying anything. I will go somewhere customers are wanted!!!!!

Jason is the most honest mechanic I have ever met I thought my transmission was falling out of my car. I stopped for the first time at this shop just because I thought I could't make it home. I was greeted and told to wait for Jason, they took my car and said a $60 diagnostic was necessary. Jason informed me that my transmission was not the problem but that the coil pack was bad. I had no idea what a coil pack is, and he tried to explain it all to me but what do I know? It sounded complicated to me, and then he tried to show me an example and I was like, "yeah, just fix it okay?" I am so glad it wasn't the transmission! Jason guaranteed that he was correct, and his work. $280 later my car was driving like brand new. Will bring my FORD back again.

I have been going to this Kwik Kar since early 2008. The first time I went I was a little overwhelmed because I was told that my car, that my husband had always maintained at home, needed $1200.00 worth of work! I got an oil change, air filter and left. Honestly, I didn't plan on going back, but I did, in May 2009. THINGS HAD CHANGED! There was a new manager, Jason, and what seemed like a new atmosphere. Of course they checked over everything on my car and asked me to see my air filter, which was really dirty because I probably hadn't changed it since the year before...but this time I was not told that I needed any additional work for an exorbitant price. I felt comfortable being in the lobby area, although it is a 'shop' it didn't feel totally grungy, and Jason made me feel that the work being done on my car was correct and that I wasn't going to be ripped off because I am 'just a woman'. I have been bringing our family cars to this Kwik Kar since, and feel confident in their work.

I have taken my vehicle to these guys multiple times and they have ALWAYS provided fast and friendly service and have provided me with an accurate estimate prior to doing the work. Highly recommended.

Jason is the Manager and is so awesome! He is so knowledgeable about any kind of car. We take all our cars to him now and I even have a VW Beetle. We have Jeeps, Honda's and a Hyndai. His staff is great also. But I really feel I can trust what Jason finds and he is very fair on his prices also.

Had an AC recharge done. Service was good. However, the price was misrepresented. I was led to believe that my vehicle's AC would hold only 1-1.5 lbs. of freon at ~$30 a pound. Turned out my vehicle's AC held 2.1 pounds.
