Great Clips

I just had my hair cut by Brenna and it is hands down unacceptable. I walked in with at least five-six inches of hair and she simply buzz cut it off. I always, ALWYAS, get an eight on the sides and have the top scissor trimmed. Right off the bat, literally the first thing she did, was to take the clippers to the top of my head, from the bangs straight back, and completely ruin my hair. I no longer have any bangs AT ALL, the length on the top, side, back, bangs... it's all identical. Even though my hair was plainly scissor trimmed on the top, it's blatantly apparent to the eye, she never once touched scissors. My entire hair cut was done with clippers and all on the same exact setting #8. The entire thing is simply beyond unacceptable. Initially I though that once I got home I could fix it with some gel, no big deal, I didn't want to make a fuss but I couldn't fix it, NOT EVEN CLOSE. To make matters worse I found several hairs near my rear part that somehow escaped unscathed, they were entirely uncut, absolutely untouched. How in gods name can you buzz an entire head of hair, entirely ruining it, yet miss spots... it's absolutely unbelievable.



I expect a full return for the haircut and beyond that in a few weeks time, once my hair manages to grow back out, I'm going to have to have my hair cut AGAIN by a skilled professional, something I wouldn't need to have done before this massive screw up by your stylist. Quite frankly I don't think that I should have to pay to have another company fix your unbelievable mistakes. Further more, I don't think that you should ever, EVER, let this woman cut hair in your salon ever again. FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY.



I fully intend to contact your corporate offices or franchise management center in order to lodge a complaint with them over this complete screw up. I will never ever let anyone even loosely affiliated with great clips, this location or any other, ever touch a hair on my head again. To that effect I intend to steer everyone away form this location in the future, going so far as to lodge complaints on every local business site on which this location is listed.



Contact me to tell my when to have some one come in to pick up my refund and if you have any business integrity at all, you'll reimburse me for the cost of the repair haircuts by actual professionals. I'll gladly provide you with those receipts as I get them in the coming weeks. Beyond that I don't want any apologies or free haircuts from you. I want reimbursed, period.
