Terrible service. Carrier's fail to deliver packages and don't respond to package slip instructions when returned; 5208 phone number for center doesn't work, disconnects callers; Customer service to resolve issues is non-existent.

Overall, the service is quick and pleasant. However, when either one of the female employees are having a bad day, they make sure the customer know's it. Particularly the employee who was working on Friday January 4, 2013 at 2 pm at the Centredale Branch North Providence.. She appeared to be very busy this day. But that does not excuse her from being fresh and speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. She did not have a badge on, or I would be able to mention her name. Likewise, when I lodged a complaint about her behavior, I received a survey to fill out, not a solution or resolution to the issue from her supervisor. With the price of stamps going up again this summer, you would think she could work harder on her smile and disposition. Oh well, there is always Fed-Ex or UPS if need be.
