Moron technicians. Worthless customer service. Too many things wrong to report. I cancelled my service agreement in May. Still waiting on refund. I’ve called countless times and am always told something different. I keep being told management will contact me but no one has. This company is ridiculous! I’d give 0 stars if that was an option.
These people make Comcast customer service look good. Eighty plus tear old w maint contract on three year old unit calls them at 1pm almost hundred degree day to get service call on unit that quit working. They just show up after 8pm. They work on wrong unit- actually neighbors and they are told they were working on wrong unit while they were doing it. They finish, charge 85 year old lady almost $200 and leave. No cold aur was coming out vents when they left and they were told it was still not working. Over 90 degrees in residence and 85 yr old lady had to go sleep on neighbors couch. Next day ARS called and comes back. This time charges over $400. Attempted to talk w local mgt and all calls totally ignored. Had repair receipts showing serial numbers that proved they worked on wrong unit tge first time. Had to involve ARS corporate out of state to get the local ppl to even talk to me and eventually make things right.

Professional, punctual, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable are just some of the words I would use to describe Matt. He arrived at our home within the appointment time window and was able to identify our air conditioner problem in less than a half hour. He was able to get a replacement part by that afternoon, then installed it later that evening. A true professional. In conclusion, from the moment I called ARS, I was confident my issue would be solved quickly and efficiently the first time.

Provided by SuperpagesChuck Norris was our ARS Rescue Rooter technician. He seemed very knowledgable and went about his business very professionally. Chuck was very friendly and answered all our questions about our system. ARS installed a complete new system this past Nov 2014. System has been working perfectly ever since. I just signed up for a service agreement with them. My son referred them to me as he was impressed with their work. Thanks again Chuck for the friendly service and great attitude towards your work. The technician, Roberto O.,, showed up and performed the twice yearly check. I was impressed with the quality of his work. He was courteous and took the time to answer my questions.

Called on a Friday to get my ac looked at and then got a called during my time frame saying they are over booked don't waste your time calling these people horrible service

Provided by SuperpagesVery professional, knowledgable and polite. Diagnosed problem quickly and correctly the first time. Made temporary repairs that kept us cool until replacement part arrived. Asked him to find out how to program uv light replacement timer into our thermostat which he did and quickly programmed them in on his return to install the replacement part. Very satisfied with the job he did.

Provided by SuperpagesMr. Smith quickly detected the air conditioning problem and made the necessary repair. He fully and clearly explained the problem, the fix, and possible other issues which may arise in the future since our unit is going on 9 years old. We felt we had a quality professional dealing with our a/c problem and would recommend Mr. Smith to others dealing with ARS.
