I normally don't write reviews, but this place was Awsome and they deserve the credit. They were super attentive, professional, and their spa services I received were great. The place was spotless and I absolutely loved the decor. I will defiantly make this a weekly endeavor. Reccomend to all!

Great place! Had no idea it it existed, it's kinda tucked away. The staff was very friendly and upbeat. Super cute place! I will definitely be back for another spa day package soon. I like to usually get in once a week so you just gained a regular client! Recommend to all!

I just moved here recently from Florida and let me tell you this place really reminds me of Miami! They have better prices though and just as great of a service you would receive there, EVEN BETTER! My friend referred my husband and I here. Glad she did! We took advantage of their couples massage, I got a pedi and he got the hand and foot scrub. He loved it, said it was more manly lol overall great experience. Will return again soon!

My son purchased a Groupon massage for me for Christmas. I called and easily scheduled an appointment. I called to confirm 2 days before the appointment. On the way to my scheduled appointment, they called and asked me to reschedule for 6 hours later. When I told them I was already on the way, they said "no problem." When I arrived, the door was locked. I knocked and then pounded, as I could see a light on. The owner came out and told me she was giving a massage and there was nothing she could do. I asked for a refund for the Groupon so I could go elsewhere. She told me she would not refund me but I could call Groupon. I explained that it was a gift and Groupon would not refund me. She told me she would call them and was certain they would comply. She promised to call me in an hour. 2 hours later I called again with no response. I have left 4 voice mails and finally had to get my son involved to contact Groupon regarding his purchase. What was supposed to be a wonderful Christmas gift turned into a frustrating hassle for me and my son without any effort from the company to resolve. Go elsewhere! There are plenty of service oriented massage spas that will not ruin your day!

I give this place 5 stars all the way across the board. The spa was very clean and super cute. The staff was very pleasant and they had great customer service. I really enjoyed my time there and they really took their time with me. I will defiantly make it a point to reccomend you.

My friend surprised me with a day at Miami Dayspa and it was amazing! The young man that did my massage was extremely professional and a wonderful masseuse! The young lady that did my facial and bikini wax was amazing. Not only was she a pleasure to be around her work was flawless!!! I will definitely be returning here and will HIGHLY recommend this facility to everyone!

I had the best experience. Everyone was welcoming. The spa is so clean and Rachel did a great job on my massage! Love it!

My wife went in using a coupon from groupon. Charged her around 20 bucks for a forced tip and other bs charges. including around 2 for a credit card transaction. this is only to make up for the money they discounted for the groupon. read the small print very carefully. Other massage places didn't charge this. I talked to the girl and wanted a partial refund. She promised it but never delivered it. Small print doesn't list every thing they will charge you too. Don't go here gonna call up groupon and complain too.

I have been getting massages for 5-6 years now and Jenna gives the best deep tissue massage I've ever had before. Don't let the small hands fool you she can definitely get the knots out and I have quite a few knots that are very hard to get to even and she rocked it. She even made me want to keep coming back and tan. The owner Rachel was super professional and always made sure I could tan whenever I called or texted and gave her a time. They all do everything possible to give you the best experience you could have. I'd 100% recommend them for all of the services they have and even the ones they are working on I'm sure will be awesome as well.

I scheduled 2 90 minute massages for my boyfriend and I and they called us a few hours before to cancel our appointments. Extremely horrible customer service and offered nothing for the inconvenience, I will be getting a refund and will never go to this place or recommend it to anyone.

i purchased 3, 60 min massages through groupon. I left two voicemails in an attempt to schedule appointments. I received a return phone call after waiting 2 days. We set up two massage sessions, two days in advance. we showed up more than a half hour early and ended up waiting nearly 50 minutes before we were actually TURNED AWAY because one of our massage therapists (who also happened to be the owner) didnt even show up! She was even the one who scheduled the appointment! The girl at the front desk who had us fill out our intake forms was apparently the other massage 'person' but i do not believe she was even licensed because she said she could only give a "relaxation" massage. my dad has MS and for years has refused to receive massage as a means of treatment. I was suprised he finally agreed to get a massage so for this reason especially i was immensely disappointed. I am a nationally certified massage therapist and business owner myself. On a professional level i am deeply embarrassed for Miami Massage and Day Spa; on a personal level i was more than disgusted. Needless to say I called groupon to get a refund. I have yet to receive any sort of apology or explanation from Miami Massage and Day Spa. I am still waiting.

I bought a groupon massage as a surprise for my mom, I called 5 times to make an appointment when they called me back I asked for a specific time on a Sunday, no issue. The day before the scheduled massage someone called saying I needed to change times, I told them no that was no acceptable, my mom travels a lot and this was the best time. They said ok that they would keep my original appointment. The day of the massage they called again and told me I had 1 of 2 choices, come in early or reschedule. I had no choice other than to cancel my plans and take my mom and ruin her surprise because of them. Then when we arrived they charged us $3 for god only knows what. I'm sorry but when YOUR EMPLOYEES force a paying customer to change times they should not pay some random charge that was never disclosed. The massage wasn't even that great. I will NEVER go there again and will let everyone I know never to go there.

I normally don't write reviews but this spa deserves the credit. It was relaxing, laid back and staff was professional. My sports massage and body scrub was on point. Ive already scheduled a couples massage for my wife and I. Take the time to check it out.

All I can say is I wish I would of known of this spa years ago! What a wonderful atmosphere and excellent customer service. My husband and I attended this spa for our 26th anniversary this weekend. The staff was very upbeat, professional and the decorations and designs were lovely! When we first walked in the door we already started our journey of being pampered, we were offered bottled water, asked if we needed anything, and welcomed with great conversation. The staff was so pleasant they even conversed with us for a good 15 mins or so and that was very welcoming and refreshing to know that they care enough about their clients to not rush them and make sure they feel invited. We then indulged in a 2 hour couples massage followed by amazing body treatments and facials. These young ladies went above and beyond to ensure an amazing spa experience. They indeed accomplished that! I will defiantly be back, next week at that. Thank you Miami Massage & Dayspa for such a wonderful experience and your friendly hospitality.

This was beyond one of the finest spas I have been to in the past couple of months. I have attended many spas in my lifetime that were very high end and I can definitely say the services, knowledge, dedicated staff, atmosphere and cleanliness of this little oasis, were very on point. I can guarantee I will surly return very soon.
