        If there was a zero for Nikart I would give it.

        They are the most discriminating and dishonest people I have ever come across.

        Promised to rent my finance an apartment. Gave her LL the assurance collected her privet information. An the day before she called to sign the contract Nickart gave the Appartment to some one else. How dirty.

        When he gave her the verbal approval collected ID and pay stubs. And Sid everything was ok and he approved of her.

        Then gave the Appartment to someone else......

        Bad for this company......not good business practices....
