Luxury Nail & Tan Salon

I went in there on wed july 29 to get a manicure and pedicure ask just for my nails to be done in the color with the gel nail polish an to put the same color on , but just with regular nail polish with a design on the 2 big toes. reg ped cost 22, 5 design then an manicure cost 12 , 10 for gel nail polish, they where nice but they acted like they did not want me in there. total came up to 49, I paid 60 My feet at the bottom was done when I went to go check them the bottoms was still rough and the polish looked old and I was telling the man that was doing the manicure that also told him that I have carpetunnell and arm was messed up to be easy he did it even harder. I called back up there to tell the management about it , first I was told to come up there they would fix it and it was time for them to close, so I told him that I would come up there an what time do they open he hung up on me. Called back and he answered put a women on the phone an she said I should of check both and said something to them at that time and I told them both about the nail polish and said something to them about him hurting my arm on the phone rumbing to hard, she hung up on me again I think that they if they don't like how u look and also I think that they are rude they refuse to give my money they over charge me and refused to fix what they was getting paid to do . I recommend people not to go there they will rip people off and if they don't like a person skin color or just don't like a person at all they wont do a good job so u wont come back an ,also over charge a person. so I stop payment just to prove a point everyone gets the same kinda off treatment an want they ask for no matter who they are as long as they are a paying customer. it does not matter want they look like are what color they are or even if they come from different backgrounds and or raised different. anonymous ex customer
