TGI Fridays

Tuesday October 14, 2014, my family and I stopped in to TGI Fridays in North Attleboro because we already know we are going to get an awesome meal...because it's Fridays. After finally making up our minds we ordered 3 burgers and the Stacked Reuben. As usual, everything was excellent and our waitress was attentive, to say the least. She happened to notice that my grilled Reuben was "Ever so slightly" over grilled. It was bordeline "burnt", but not to me. She asked me if everything was OK and I honestly answered, "Everything was very good, as always" 10 minutes later, either a manager or chef came to the table and apologized for the well done Reuben. I explained to him that it truly was fine with me, I just didn't finish because it was the size of a club sandwich. After all this the management and/or waitress comped my meal. I have ran restaurants on Cape Cod for over 25 years, I hve been dining out twice that amount of time and I must say how impressed I was with this service overall today. Congratulations TGI Fridays for such exceptional customer appreciation. I would also like to mention the server....LIZ, Ask for her!,,, you will not be disappointed! Thank you again for a truly wonderful experience.
