        Overall

        I revoked authorization of automatic payment via my bank account. They still charged my account which is illegal. I am now filing for fraudulent charges with my bank, and two complaints with the BBB and CFPB. They have a signed copy of from me revoking their right to automatically charge my account. The policy they are charging me on doesn't even have my name on it.
