They have always been helpful, friendly, and on time. I have used oav for 9 years and have zero complaints

Extremely poor service. Do not allow them to do your haeter cleaning, it won't be done correctly. This makes your heater use more oil....funny isn't it. The improper clean also will shorten the life of your heater and could be hazzadous to your health. The techs who sub-contract for them (Doing the cleanings and other work for PAV) claim they don't pay enough to do the job correctly under their service contract!!!
