School House Cycle

This is the place to do business with in which all others should be judged by. The service techs are very knowledgeable and customer friendly.Their prices are very reasonable too.

Dreadful customer service. The man I spoke to was dismissive and condescending. Do yourself a favor, take your bike elsewhere.

I have to Harley Davidson bikes that School House has been services for 5 plus years. The Sporty which I have named Elizabeth has been rebuilt (2010) because I laid her down about 4 years ago by the guys. They have changed and serviced the fluids on both bikes. Erica (Road King) and Elizabeth (Sporty) along with tires, brakes, and anything that I have added. (Many items to Elizabeth). She won best Sportster in 2010 at Hooters bike night. I have taken my nephew bike to be repaired and refer many of my Friends who ride to them. They have an outstanding name in the biker community.

The work they do is great, but the customer service is horrible. I'd suggest shopping around a bit before going here. Though, if they'd stop treating people so badly i'd be inclined to give a 5. Hire someone to deal with the customers and stay in the back.
