Consistently professional and courteous service. The employees remember and greet customers by name. I've never had a problem dry cleaning issue that wasn't discussed in advance to ensure that I understood what to expect the results and the cost would be. And I love the monthly coupons -- 6 shirts laundered for the price of 5! Who wouldn't like that?

I can give you two examples of why they are the best. I had an ivory pair of pants that had red wine all over them. I was told the process to try to remove it was very risky to the pants & could go either way for the wine removal & they needed my permission to try. Since I could not wear them as is I said go for it. They came out perfect & they were even amazed because of the risk involved. Also my white dress had black spots that I suspected to be mold. They told me up front nothing could be done to remove it & they did not want to waste my money. Honesty & professionalism are at the top of my list concerning businesses that I use. I would never take my cleaning elsewhere.

I've been dealing with S Ray Barrett Cleaners for 25-30 years. Not the cheapest cleaners in town but they exemplify the saying "you get what you pay for". Their service, fairness, quality, knowledge and friendly staff stand out above all the rest!!!

Best cleaners in Hampton Roads! These guys are truly professional. Excellent customer service with a friendly staff. They get it right every time. Even the old stains I got used to and just assumed weren't ever coming out, they got out! Awesome service!

I have always been pleased with the quality and service from SRB. I have used them as my only cleaner for some time now after going through several other vendors and finding them to be the best. Their service has been courteous and the turn around time has always been good. In short, they do what they say and stand behind what they say which is important to me.

Another reviewer said that they made their clothes look new again. Well, I've got to say that is the absolute truth. I took a beloved jacket of mine to their new Hilltop location and not only did they make it look like it did the day I bought it; they got out a couple of stubborn stains I'd been struggling to remove. If you are looking for a good cleaners-these people are hard to beat. I started using them after another cleaners could not get a stain out of my fav blouse and a friend recommended I try them. Well, much to my surprise they got it out! Been using them regularly ever since. Great service, friendly,and just simply the best in our area....(plus I can get my bed sheets/pillow cases done there!

Have been a customer of SRB for many years and have found them to meet and exceed my expectations of a company that I want to do business with. Their people are courteous and knowledgable and have always dealt with me fairly and honestly with what I asked them to do. They did an extremely good job with two wedding dresses for each of my sisters that had been sewn by my mother and had particular value for each of us; especially since they had not been properly cared for prior to their cleaning.

THIS dry cleaners is the BEST at the beach! I have always been pleased with the detail they use in cleaning my clothing. When I pick up my clothes, they look as if new again! They really do "aim to please" me in every aspect and always take the time to listen to my concerns on special pieces that I would let no one else touch because I know I can trust them. I always feel welcome when I enter the store and am very pleased with the caring attitude the people at the counter have. Excellent service from start to finsh!

My husband will only use this cleaners because they take special care of his clothes. Some local cleaners have ruined his sports coats & suit jackets by incorrectly pressing the collars thus ruining the roll. Also, his dress shirts have been returned with broken buttons and the collars & cuffs were not cleaned. This has not happened with S Ray Barretts. We can trust them with our clothes. We have been using this cleaners for over 10 years. Also, Willis at the Beach location is awesome! Rick M.
